Hey there everyone,
I'm a programmer from the bay area looking to get into video game preservation. My plan is to learn as much as I can about the internals of the various arcade machines I'm interested in (through the use of this forum) in order to eventually gain enough
knowledge and electrical engineering experience (haven't soldered anything in years) in order to make valuable contributions to the community.
And of course, to expand my collection on cabinets, but before I begin purchasing I should understand the systems I'm buying and how to repair them.
