Hey guys, I recently was going through some of the projects I had started, but not finished before I went on hiatus a few years ago. One of those projects was an attempt to streamline the Vewlix to SEGA I/O adapter to make it easier and cheaper to produce. This was the result. It follows the...
Sorry, I've been busy with other projects so this one has been delayed again. I currently do not have an ETA for the launch of this project, but I will update the thread as we get closer.
You have a few options. You could pin the G harness for button 7 and 8, you could pin a JST XH connector for Auxiliary Harness 2 which has buttons 7 and 8 on it, or you could connect button 7 and 8 directly to your Brook boards. Whatever option is most convenient for you.
Prototypes of the V2 JAMMAizer arrived this afternoon. I spent all evening assembling, testing and programming the new firmware for the remapping chip. I can happily report that the prototypes passed with flying colors and the V2 design is fully validated and ready for sale. I have 10 of the...
I did not change the location of the EXT port or the controller ports so a hat for Mister could be made and would be compatible with the V1 and V2 JAMMAizers. I am not super interested in developing something like that myself since I don't have a Mister and there are already arcade products that...
I've officially finalized the Console JAMMAizer V2 hardware. I have prototypes on order and if the new revision tests ok then I'll have a small batch for sale in a few weeks.
The V2 hardware streamlines some aspects of the design, and adds some new features and compatibility fixes.

I see. Well I think that my stance on this will be that the Console I/O is designed for Vewlix models that are fitted with the original G harness. If a user has a SFV converted Vewlix or a Daimond Orange then the Console I/O is not supported unless the user replaces the G1 harness with a...
I was not aware that the USB IO uses a pinout for the G harness. Does Taito not make some sort of adapter kit for operators running JVS/Fast IO setups in the Diamond Orange?
@astro_zombie138 @statix138, you guys wouldn't happen to be on a Misfits themed fan website that got hacked would you? I can't help but notice you both have Crimson Ghost profile pics and 138 in your usernames.
There is the option for LAN mode if you don't want to use the cloud service or SD cards. And there is also a PEI buildplate available as well. It comes standard with the P1S, not to mention all of the aftermarket buildplate options.
I share this concern. Heat is probably not the reason that most of these old custom ICs fail. It's usually some sort of manufacturing defect like internal corrosion that slowly kills the chips, and there's nothing you can do to stop it.
