No not easily. You need a g harness. Usb io will not work on windows. You’ll need a fast io card and g harness to use on a ttx3. Or just put in a pc and use usb encoders like brooks.

That board will not work with a ttx4 It will work with a ttx3 as that has the required pci card to connect that io

Honestly I believe the arcade business is a niche depending heavily on geographical location. In no way can it compete with the likes of Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo. The console ports of modern games are better imo, polished with more support.
