    Nanao MS9-29 enhancement hacks

Thanks for this topic and with the help of a friend we did the sharpness mod. For me the end result is a very noticeable. Sharper and thicker scanlines. Only had to turn the screen pot a little bit to make the screen a bit brighter and that's it. Before and after.

You have to give your pc another ip address, not the same as the mister. For example 192.168.68.51

Had to login to the mister via ssh, via ftp it was not possible it would not write to it. When i was logged in via ssh it was out of the top of my head nano /etc/dhcpcd.conf Then insert the lines and crtl+o to save and then ctrl+x to exit.

I got a direct connection to work via a patch cable from my laptop to the mister. You have to put a static ip in your laptop ethernet adapter also for the Mister. In the Mister you need to edit the /etc/dhcpcd.conf And then put this in there: interface eth0 static ip_address=<your_static_ip_here>/24

If you have the latest groovymister core on the mister you have to enable it manually in the menu. At default it's on off.

I have the rgb-pi in an Astro City and for the menus it also wobble/vibrates a little bit. When I boot a game it's gone.

Raspberry Pi TO JAMMA Arcade Cabinet Interface

You can download OS4 here: https://ko-fi.com/s/4119fb48b8 Don't know if it works for rpi3b, they had OS2 for that but seems to be removed.

Probably you are using a wrong mame version of the rom. What versions they use I don't know. I use mostly FBA.

Raspberry Pi TO JAMMA Arcade Cabinet Interface

I have received it yesterday, screws, standoffs and heatsinks are also included. I have a Sega astro city at the moment wired up as chamma. Flashed rgb-pi os 4 to my rpi 4 and everything works out of the box. My 6 buttons were detected. Also no complaints like user above.
