Used a hot air reflow station on all the chips. Replaced the C16 capacitor and added a cap to C11 (it was missing since I got it). Looks like I fixed most of the corrupted graphics, but there are still some squiggly lines.. anyone have any tips on clearing this up?(you can see it midway down...

Update: Bought a Tekken 2. Top board replaced. Working! And the blue gun has recoil. Totally surprised by that. I bought some Namco recoil guns to throw on here. Can't wait for that. I think I'm going to mount the guns to front or side of the cab so I can do a normal control panel to play...
