When you say "copy and paste" do you mean literally copy all the folders and then paste them into the SD in one fell swoop? Or drag and drop? I've copied the games over one at a time and multiple at a time but I've not used "copy & paste" I guess I could do just that game but it seems like...

That's not how you order AFAIK. You just add it to the shopping cart and check out with PayPal or as a guest on PayPal with a debit/credit card
