    acsetup ram buffer mismatch RR5

Hi Darksoft, Thanks for replying, I've since said goodbye to the rr machine. I still have some parts. I didn't manage to get it going in the end, pity, I would have liked to change the ram and see if it sorted it.

    TTX2 doesn’t boot

I had a similar issue with mine when I bought it, I had to take out the cpu and re-seat it. Working fine since and a few years have passed.

    3D Printed USB GD-ROM Tray

Thanks, it's my favourite colour combination. The only way I know how to measure the cpu temp would be with a temp gun and lift the usb gdrom off completely and check the steel plate underneath, it wouldn't be the most accurate but might give an idea

    3D Printed USB GD-ROM Tray

I think the biggest heat problem is caused by the 12volts that's no longer used by the gdrom. I can feel the front left top of the dreamcast getting hot after a while playing, there are several variations of fixes for this but I didn't bother as I was interested to see if it would lead to a...

    3D Printed USB GD-ROM Tray

The cooling fan is pretty much open to drawing air from the atmosphere with the gdrom removed instead of drawing it through the air intake vents at the back. It can only help to draw air in the way it was designed.

    3D Printed USB GD-ROM Tray

I have a 3d printer myself so I'd only need the file if that's ok. I was thinking about flipping the usb but the usb gdrom are so expensive I wasn't going to mess with it, besides that, I'm ok with the external hdd too.

    3D Printed USB GD-ROM Tray

I have the original USB gd emu where the USB port went out the back of the dreamcast. Would you have a STL file with the same 3d model with the USB port closed up? :)

Looking for correct reset points on Naomi 2

I thought so too but I used the same power supply that I'm using on the naomi 2 that works fine. I have a spare powersupply that I can test later on just to be sure

Looking for correct reset points on Naomi 2

Both boards have 4.01 fw, same multibios and security chip. I've tried both fans separately and together with a double relay. I don't know if Sega was working on one.

Looking for correct reset points on Naomi 2

Using the same relay I've used on the other naomi. I've also swapped netdimm/pi3/relay from a working setup and got the same random loading/not loading
