i think the pcb i had was with a few more issues it would partially save & randomly reset all data the namco boards are fragile and ebay decided to ship it in a bag lol

I know it's sold, but did you have the common issue where the board wouldn't save? cloud and tifa are only playable if 90 days are logged as runtime total on the internal clock i never could find a pcb that was fully working :(

i see your internals that process the video seem to be different as well over AV on mine there is a noticable delay when pressing inputs and s-video is literally unusable no matter what board i use sell me yours lol
