I'm trying to replace this broken trim pot with an equivalent and be able to work it remotely. It'll be located in a cab where I can't reach it easily. This is on a Meanwell 125-RT and controls the 5v. I've seen before pots marked 103 (10,000) & 102 (1,000) but I've never seen one marked "13"...

Have this board…that has a wave on the left side. If I put it on another monitor it’s not there but it has a time syncing up like the picture will be shifted by a 1/3rd over. If I power cycle a couple times it is centered. Do I need to replace caps?
