So I got a CE rainbow edition board and I got hobbyroms to burn me the rom chips 21, 22, and 23 for Hyper Fighting. After inserting those chips all I get is the RAM check screen constantly looping through the full check, so I'm wondering is there something I'm missing for this conversion...
