Axunworks Jamma Extractor Video Image Issue

I ordered this jamma extractor from Axun

and it is working. However, it seems to cause some video degradations when it's plugged in. I thought it would just be a passthrough but it's somehow making the video darker. There's only 1 gain knob on the jamma extractor and it doesn't seem to make the image that much better. Just makes it blown out. Anyone know how I can fix this? Besides this image issue, everything else seems to be working.

Nope haven't figured it out yet. If you can take a video of it happening, tag the guy in the axun thread. He asked me to take a video of it but I've been busy and it's a pain frankly to set it up and take it out.
