About 10 years ago, I bought an Astro City cab that's fallen into disrepair. Everything powers on but it doesn't have a good picture no matter how I turn the knobs. Not sure where to start on repairing this but would like to get some tips. Can post some pictures or videos once I get it cleaned up.

A good way can be reccaping the chassis of your tube + remote + neck board . If the reccap will not improve , can be other parts from chassis faulty (im talking on general now , but , many times , is the chassis)
Also , the psu should also be reccaped (check to see if you have strong +5V , -5V , 12V on the jamma loom)
