If you have issues with your Multi and have checked everything that is explained here: https://www.arcade-projects.com/threads/taito-f3-round-up-thread.15596/

then it's time to check the flashes. To do that, download the file attached, follow the instructions and let us know if you get an OK or ERROR on the LCD. IF you get an OK, it means that the path between microSD <--> ARM <--> Flashes works well.

If that's the case then most probably (and we are assuming that you tried with a different Taito F3 motherboard) the issue are the buffers/level shifters:

The level shifters can also be the source of the problem. They translate the signals FROM/TO 5V and 3V. The exact model of the level shifter is: SN74LVC4245A
In general you should check if there is activity in both input and output. If you notice a pin which is changing in the input but not on the output, then that chip is the problem.
You can do this more or less quickly with a Logic Probe.

The level shifters are SN74LVC4245A and are used as follows:
* GFX: U10, U12, U14,U16,U18,U21
* Sound: U29,U30,U31,U32,U33
* Ensoniq: U5, U7
* Mainflash: U22,U23,U24,U25,U26,U27

IMPORTANT! There are a lot of counterfait chips around, specially eBay. Make sure to check this thread: https://www.arcade-projects.com/threads/counterfeit-sn74lvc4245-ics.19409/

Feel free to post here your issues.
