If somebody has a damaged astro/net/vs city cabinet and it's willing to sell me this small board (the one with the test, service and the volume potenciometer), I'd greatly appreciate it.

The part number you're giving is part of the Naomi/NNC wiring setup, connected to the JVS board, not any part of a Astro or Versus, I MAY have a spare of this if this is what you're actually looking for- on the Astron/New Astro, the power supply has those buttons and volume pot.
