That Konami Board is System GX, it doesn't look like it has a ROM board installed. based on the attached filter board it looks like it would have originally been a Vs. Net Soccer. (Run And Gun 2 and Rushing Heroes also used this filter board, but given it's in Brazil I'm assuming it was probably a soccer game )

Entirely possible that it works once it's fitted with a game board and had the EEPROM reset
