How can I get stereo sound from a SEGA System 16 PCB?

Hi, I'm pretty sure this is mono only unfortunately.

The YM3012 outputs 2 channels which is mixed along with the Speech channel into mono. You could in theory tap the audio before it is mixed and use a stereo amp board similar to the MVS but I can’t see anyone has done one before for the System16.
