I think a best practice would be to cut the trace, however, I plan to update all of the adapter firmwares with some additional features, so I might recommend holding off until the next update rolls out.

Just put one of these together and tested it out on my MV-1FS and did not have any issues with the controller in MVS mode. No news is good news? Or should I cut that trace just to be safe?
