  • @djsheep I am using the NVS4000 PSU, I am definitely not anywhere near that. I am usually setting the games at about 1/2 to 3/4, but the volume knob on the NVS4000 is not even halfway open, I'd say about 1/3.

The specs for the New Astro City are 30w/4ohm. From what I can gather, it's not going to do any damage on a 4ohm setup really, but they'll also only run at 50%. I don't want to crank my boards up and the volume knob on the PSU to 100% to arrive at decent volume on my cab. If my a…

  • Quote from acblunden2: “Anyone want to group buy the PCB's? I only need one each. Also, I am seeing that some folks have started producing these already. They are on eBay already. Inertial Computing sells them, etc. ” Interesting, got a link? I have ordered 10 of each together with @PascalP but I have to say it's difficult to match Chris' price in these kind of small quantities. Also the import fees are ridiculous for both the PCB's and the other parts. I can only match that price if I count not…

  • Chris released the files and specifics: github.com/PSUThings/PSU I already have the DreamPSU, but I think I will produce some of the Saturn ones if nobody else is going for a run here..

  • This is interesting, I have a network adapter with an IDE drive running in my fat PS2 though like @djsheep mentioned as well.

  • Quote from acblunden2: “Blah, how about we give our dough to the Pico PSU guys? ” I've got the DreamPSU and my plan was to have a powerbrick with a splitter cable so I could power multiple consoles (not at the same time). So I'd really prefer this solution, hope at least the files will be released

I have ordered a new EH connector and some pins, and will make up a cable like sp33d has, hopefully that will do the job, and I can leav…

Just bridge the 3 poins with a screwdriver or a piece of bare wire.
