I want some of those cases! Any chance you’d be willing to make and sell me a few of them?

Whoa those cases look great! Would you mind sharing the file so that we can 3d print these ourselves? And have the measurements of the plexiglass? the wholes to pullbakc the carts is a great idea. Even with standard carts I sometimes have issues with getting them out.SNK Neo Geo - IGS PolyGame Master owner

@arcadeqc Would you be willing to burn and sell me a set of roms for Ketsui and ESPgaluda? I don't have a burner available but I would love to make these games myself!
So far, I’ve burned ESPgaluda and Ketsui and I noticed that the system menu isn’t accessible. How can one change softdips for game settings? -

My impatient self thanks you

Those cases look great. I was thinking of starting out with side spacer for the PCBs using 3d printing. The added acrylic makes yours look awesome! Love the handle idea also. Great job!

Thanks for all comments! I don't think I can offer these for sale as I used Fusion 360's personal/hobbyist license. I have attached my STL files and an SVG with the laser paths/engravings. I also attached the Fusion 360 file, not sure if it will be useful.
Here is a zip file with everything in it, let me know if there are any issues accessing it:

Each handle is made of three pieces to make 3D printing easy: 1 long piece for the side, 2 handle pieces. One handle piece has a tab which is inserted and screwed into the side with a M3 8mm socket head cap screw for strength (I used mcmaster.com/91292a112 but I think 4-40 5/16th long should work as well). The second handle piece is then glued in with cyanoacrylate glue. You need to print out each piece and its mirror for one cart. The long side piece is designed to be printed 'standing up' with the flat end the handle is inserted into on print plate. I suppose if you want to use shapeways or i.materialize the whole side could be one piece rather than three.
The case was designed for 1/8th acrylic, I attached it with mcmaster.com/92125A126 and mcmaster.com/94459A130 since these are metric I had to use a 90 degree counter sink so that the screws where flush. I think you could swap these out for their 4-40 imperial equivalent, but you'll want an 82 degree counter sink. -

I would be happy help out and cut the plexis, I have a formlabs resin printer so parts to make are expensive, so maybe TS wants to do the 3D printed parts? And I can do the acrylic.
