Hello. I can’t get any of my kick buttons to work on my blast city. Bought a new kick harness but I still doesn’t work. Checked the jamma harness. Everything looks to be good and snug. My heavy kick button registers but it is kept pushed down.

It's just a pass through connector. The kick harness won't work if you have nothing connected to CN8 on the IO board.
Also, I take it you're using a Pandora? Pandora isn't jamma. Pandora has the sixth button on a pin that's normally grounded. That's why the input for heavy kick is constantly on.
