These came off a Sega Net City. The one the left is for fastening down components to the frame. The one on the right is for mouting the monitor chassis.

I have calipers and can measure the lengths. Can anyone help identify which ones these are in terms of thread? Need to get extras.

They will be metric, so one option is just to buy several sets of various M# sizes and compare side by side. You could even take them to the hardware store and compare in person before you buy.

Aside from that they may be listed in the manual?
 
Left looks like a standard machine screw, right looks like a plastic thread forming screw.

You can also measure thread pitch using calipers.
 
If you can find the PDF manual for a New Net City online, it should show you the sizes of the screws?
