I/O card for Vewlix/TTX2?

Do I need both of the I/O cards for a 2 player harness, or will 1 work for 2 players?

1 *should* cover both players.

That seems reasonable. I contacted their backup english contact for a 2nd opinion. I'll try to get a card from ArcSys101 and then at worst maybe the RS one will end up being an extra.
