I'm having a weird issue when starting up my Astro City.

The vsync seems horribly off, and the top of the display is at just below half of the monitor, and the bottom "overflows" to the top.
Sync in general seems sortof messed up.
After a few seconds, the monitors flips itself off (loses sync?)
Any idea what's up with this, and idea on how to resolve it?
