When I turn on the cab the lights will flash a couple times, then stop and only leave the billboard system on. Also, as you can tell from the video, the top light just doesn't come on. What I want to do is disable the billboard system (because I have a backlight film marquee and the numbers shine through) and have all lights stay on. How would I go about doing that? By the way, I already tried switching out one of the bulbs from the bottom row to the top to see if the bulb itself was the problem, but lo and behold it still didn't work.

That looks like a Versus City Light. Only certain games work with the seven segment displays.

There is some information about them here.

As for your problem, I'd remove all the billboard stuff and leave the lamp and starter hard wired in.

I see... maybe having the billboard installed is setting the lights to a certain "mode." I'll try to figure out how to remove it when I have a chance and see if that fixes the problem.

It's a different lighting system.

This is what a Blast without the billboard setup normally looks like:

Normally you'd just have one long bulb that turns on with the cab, not a whole bunch of little ones.

The wiring should still be present to plug in a normally marquee light fixture. You can just grab one from Home Depot or wherever, they're not really specific to the cab and just take AC power.
