well it depends on your equipment, if you dont have hot air equipment then just melting all the solder simultaniously is easyest.

after you get it off the pads, make sure none of the pads remain shorted - desoldering braid may be usefull.
can you tell us what is printed on those parts please - i can pull up a datasheet.
 
All I have to go on is the markings

68N or N89 depending on how you look at it.
 
i think it's a variant of this:
you can meter the pads to check, it should have the common center pin to ground and the other pins to the inputs.
