Consolize cps2

1)hi, in order to consolize a cps2 or cps3 i just use an external psu with 12v 2A? Or do I have to use a pico itx psu?
2) does someone have a scheme to take jamma rgb to scart rgb in order to attenuate signals for OSSC?

+12V will just power the audio amp, you need +5V for everything else.

Easiest way is probably a minigun supergun, an open design you can find in these forums.
