the other end are small crimp spade terminals.

I’ve seen these cables in this size for the zero delay usb board. If you need them in a specific size though, it’s make or pay someone to make most likely.

The pins are 2.8mm (0.110" in freedom units) quick disconnects. Very easy to get. If you want official Sanwa you can get them from Akishop.

If no one else closer to you can make the harness up I'm happy to order the parts and make one for you
