Dumb question but have you reseated all the connections? I'd start by making sure everything has a solid connection.

I had a similar problem on the CPS 2 with one B board. Had to file the shell down a bit to get it seated correctly and now it works like a charm

That's always my first step...disconnect and reconnect every connection / socketed chip and try again. It's the first step in the fault finding process
 
THX I will swap B+C board from a working board. I hope save A board. If I can save b+c board it's bonus.
