question about the fan on a blast PSU

hey all,

I'm going to be rebuilding my blast city PSU soon.
Looking at it, theres no fan!
Ive already sourced a replacement, but is it an intake or exhaust fan?

Second question, what are the dimenstions on the PCB mounting board?

Follow up question, where can I get a fan with the right plug? I listened to a buddy that missed the note that there was no fan in there to begin with, so splicing in the old connector is not an option.
