a redondant question about SEGA NEW NET CITY CONTROL PANEL 2L12B & Seimitsu LS32. I thinked about this, is it good to make hole on the metal plate to fit it and change the standard stem for a longer. I have this joystick.

That plate won't work. You need an U-shaped plate, and I'm not sure if anyone actually sells one.

The problem is the plastic body on the LS-32 is wider than the mounting holes on the NNC CP.

Get a different stick. IMO the LS-56 is a fine stick.
