So I am very nearly close to done with my Neo Geo Cab overhaul..
Getting the monitor serviced was a large part of that process and now the image looks amazing.
I do still need to make some final colour adjustments.

This is the Neo Geo MVS color bar screen:

You can see that I only have 10 out of the 12(?) bars visible..
This is a phone picture which doesn't really capture the results too well - green in particular looks out of step with Red and Blue.
The gradients all look very good in person with decent separation, nicely balanced etc, but overall the image is darker than it should be.

This was actually most apparent in the Unibios screen:

Above is a stock image. On my monitor only EUROPE and ARCADE is visible. Region and Mode are indistinguishable from background black.

So... can anyone offer advice on the necessary adjustments?

Is this just a case of playing with the RGB cutoffs or is there somewhere else I should start?

The service manual for my monitor can be found here if that helps... (Hantarex MTC 9300 Service Manual).

Cut offs to get color bars aligned, gains to adjust white balance, then brightness and or contrast pot for overall brightness.
