Namco System 10 (Mr Driller 2) Plays blind

Recently picked up Mr Driller 2:



Board is very clean, but all white accents are yellowed. Game boots to attract music, but I have no image output.
I'm running this through a HAS v2. When I pass the output to an Extron Unit I get 'No Signal'.

Any suggestions on where to start? Any quirks with the System 10 I should know about?

Got another system10 motherboard you can test the MEM board on ?

Sadly not... This is my first and only..

I would get an extra one, if not troubleshooting would be hard!
