Looks like an issue with the fix layer. That's on the CHAR board, the S ROM or one of the other chips may have failed.

Can you try another motherboard to rule out an issue with that?

My motherboard its good. I have like 40 games and they are working perfectly except this one

Time to desolder the S ROM from your CHAR board and verify it to see if it's good.

Can I take the NEO273 chip from another game?
Its the same?

And The S Rom its located in the mvs1 board? Because I have more games and works great.

sorry for the dumb questions, I’m new in this things.

If all the trace are good, and it's not a faulty S ROM it could be the custom neo-273.
A guy designed a replacement chip in case you need 1 to fix your card

You can find it here

Hey, i had a load of savage reign cart sets with no case if you are looking for an easy way out...

I have one left and sent one over to @twistedsymphony
If he's planning on converting it maybe he will swap as bad roms are not important on conversions.
Let one of us know :)

If you are going down the repair line, change the roms first... the 273 rarely goes. It can be found in other carts or on some motherboards.

Yes you can take the neo-273 from another cart (they are the same) but it's better to take it from a dead cart or use a replacement, i don't like the idea to "kill" a working cart lol.
S1 rom and neo-273 are on the same cart pcb (cha board)

As said before, the S-rom (sound rom) is on the CHA board. There's two boards in every cart, a CHA board and a PROG board.

Ok, Thanks guys, your are very cool

I’ll let you know what happens with this game
