As long as it is the correct package type (SOP14 I think it is) the digits at the end probably indicate what the casing is made from, speed of the chip etc.

The difference can be the package or product simply manufactured on a different julian date. They will tend to give slightly different product numbers to differentiate batches they received in the warehouse. They may even have different prices based on what their cost was at the time they purchased from the factory.

Now you have to test if the signals are reaching the END.

they all seem to have a signal. I've tested each leg and each one seem to have same signal on each leg.
