Taito Type X2 Not turning on issue

Hi everyone, i recently purchased a Taito Type X2 and i tried plugging it in to my vewlix and it wouldnt boot so i took it out and opened it and i saw a red light and there was a sound coming from the taito maybe from the power supply im not sure tbh im a noob when it comes to stuff like this.

i found some screws inside the board took a photo of them too.

Would appreciate any help i can get.

Are the fans kicking on?

If not check the front panel connector. Got a pic of the X2 from the back?

The fans aren't kicking on it just gives me a red light when I turn it on.

What do you mean front panel connector @Niko? I am having an issue in my TTX2 so trying to debug a similar powering up issue maybe.
