Language in D&D Shadows over Mystara CPS2 B Board green

Hi, i saw a video with a green CPS2 B Board of the game D&D Shadows over Mystara in english language
and the start screen says only in USA & Canada! Isnt green supposed to be the jap version with all kanji ?

Green is Japan. Blue is USA or EU.
So someone must have done a boardswap, romswap or caseswap

Hey, definitely ALSO get the Darksoft multi, it's worth it! He'll, multi your D&D, it's reversible!
