Spider-Man Incorrect Voice Samples

Hi,
I'm looking at a Spider-Man board that has a strange issue. It plays voice samples out of place (you hear "Hawk Eye!" when you throw an enemy for example)

All sounds and music are present and correct, it's purely a voice issue. All ROMs have verified good.

I want to replace the PAL on the ROM board to rule it out but there is no dump of it. Does anyone have a 315-5442 ?

Will be a faulty ASSP or 5385 addressing chip.

Sadly spares are in short supply (got 4 here that work great with no / bad sound)

Same problems with system 18 but no 5385 to go wrong on there.

I've got a donor board here I can use with a bad 5385 if the ASSP is shot. Is the ASSP or the 5385 the more likely culprit?

It could be a 'regular' problem like dead lines but never is sadly on this board.

Also there's 2 types of ASSP make sure the silkscreen 'IC ID' (pinout) match from the donor.

Yeah I've run into dead 5385 multiple times didn't realise something as minor as what I'm getting here might be that but it makes sense.

I remember looking and noticed they weren't on a Mega Drive or anything common
