Nanao MS2932 Help

I'm trying to find out why this monitor wont power up and I'm a little lost. I hear the initial "static" but then nothing.

Heres what I'm confused about. AC from the Blast reads 119 and then it goes into that AMP UP connector. It then travels on these black and white labels into CN901 "AC IN". AC voltage here reads 4.1??

Sounds like HV shutdown due to something failing on the chassis. I am not familiar with the 2932 but I am sure it’s just as difficult to diagnose as the 2930/31. If you’re not familiar with chassis repair I suggest sending off to a monitor repair place like PNL or Sharp Image repair if you’re state side.

vertical deflection ic causes this on 2932, this chassis is a piece of cake to fix compared to 2931
