Suicide batteries system 16

I’ve had these for years and would like to know how can I tell if they have a suicide battery in them,I have tested them both and they are working fine and with sound.They are Golden Axe:

it doesn't look like it.

the encrypted/battery CPU looks like this:

it's basically a large metal can built into the top of the chip and there's a coin cell inside.

on rare occasion a sys16 game will have a battery backed Z80, but usually it's the MC68000 like you see above

Thanks! I keep reading about some of these having suicide batteries in them so I was worried.
