Namco System 2: incorrect sprite colors - HELP!?

I'm lost. No idea what could be wrong. I've double verified all the roms. I've beeped out most of the chips that seem relevant.

Anyone have any ideas?

Apparently obj6 was on its way out.

Pulled all roms for the second time, obj6 wouldn't read (despite reading the previous time). Erased fine, wouldn't program though. Chucked it, put in a new rom and bam. Everything's fixed.
