NAOMI Sun power supply 400-5443 issue

I changed this condos for a new on my NAOMI Sun power supply 400-5443 (NNC):

for this one:

but dont run, fan too...and I dont understand why. Any idea please?

Did you change the rest of them too?

There's not much sense changing only one capacitor.

Yes off course, some months ago I install it:

but at this time the big cap does not avallable (Filter cap for this Power Supply is a 1200uf 200v), so I leaved the old.
Some weeks ago I bought it on ebay:

Sometimes on power supplies, just like chassis- you need to replace the voltage regulator after a recap.

So I remounted the old cap...always nothing. So like said radiantsvgun I assume that the new cap burn voltage regulator, or diode bridge or the fuse. I will change all.
