Well it looks like A bootleg, even if it's not THE bootleg. It does impress me somewhat the amount of effort people put into bootlegs. I have a bootleg MVS cart I converted into a NeoDiagnostics where both PCBs are 100% custom with socketed EPROMS. It's in many ways nicer than the real boards.
