ok i know theres a caps list for the psu but would anyone have a list or links or the 7 hots all the way around it?

You must mean Transistors....I don't think there's any reason for a Horizontal Output Transistor, to be hanging out in a power supply.

D6,D8,D9 have a blue filter of some sort attached to a leg of the component, labeled AB3, AB4, AB5. I'm unsure what those, do honestly, but assume they are separate from the actual chip itself.
Not all links are sales site links, there are some that are datasheets, or sales sites, with no stock, but data sheets....it will get you a far bit further, than where you were.
