I have a Sanwa PM1723D chassis with a horizontal size potentiometer that isn't working. I hear these pots often go bad after someone tries to adjust with a metal tool rather than plastic monitor adjustment tools.

Anyway, I'm looking for some technical help/advice on how to replace/repair. I'm not really familiar with this chassis and so I don't know where or how to find a compatible pot. Anyone know where I should start?

The ferrite bead looks like it's cracked. It needs to move in and out inside the coil to adjust the width.

Unfortunately, you'll probably need to salvage a working coil from another chassis. I have never seen replacements for these.

Found a replacement ;)
