The chips are good Data East Customs but the pcb is weird.

Can you check it and tell me?

I know the seller and i can returns it

It's a bootleg with harvested or sourced Data East custom chips from somewhere else.

The lack of a keyed connector and silkscreening on the PCB are dead giveaways
