I recently purchased a sega naomi net dimm kit and i have an external PSU for it however I don't have the proper cable or skill set to be able to make a power supply for it or power it up... it's for connector VLP-03 in order to power it up.. any info is greatly appreciated

I tried looking at the pics but the link is expired. I may be able to help if I can see what you have. I've put together 2 Naomi setups, one with a dimm board.

When he first posted them I was able to see them but I didn't know what connector they were.

This looks suspiciously like clickbait. I am glad I am running Linux. Apologies if it isn't.
it's just a facebook photo link.

He already listed the connector: JST VLP-03
http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/jst-sales-america-inc/VLP-03V/455-2350-ND/1883064
that is the 3-pin connector for the AC input on a NAOMI SUN PSU.

Though really what we need to know is what this will be attached to? Is he looking for a cable to plug directly into a wall outlet? or something to adapt to an AC connector within a specific cab?

really it's just 2 pins to crimp... not rocket surgery here.
