Tekken tag namco system 12 "Good Morning Problem"

Hi i have a namco system 12 tekken tag and its not working all the sudden and it boot loops i guess cuz i see some flickering on screen and their is a "REPEATED GOOD MORNING" on my speakers

What could be the problem ??

Replacing caps helped with this on mine. It still reboots 2-3 times on startup but always comes on after a few restarts now.

Could be power related. How’s your 5v line looking under the load?

I got 5.03v on weiya psu and jamma edge git 5.01v

I had the same problem with my Tekken 3 board. I found out that it works when I lift the upper board a bit. Just don’t „click it into the holders“. I hope you understand?! Then I touched each pin of both connectors (top and bottom) to make a good connection and added some flux to a desoldering braid and reflowed the chips (these with a lot of pins) on the top. Now it works perfect again

Hello what upper board the rom or the gpu board??

Don’t click in the blue marked holder for testing.
Reflow the red marked chips.
Touch the yellow marked pins and also on the other side (bottom board).

Please keep in mind this is not my board, I can’t do pictures currently! My board had a missing cap I had to replace it. This board here is from @SmokeMonster and he replaced every cap!

the caps on the lower board are a curse on sys11 & 12 boards - they always leak and corrode tracks.
