After moving the cabinet, the monitor started to exhibit problems with just displaying lines of garbled graphics.

I checked the game (Aero Fighters) PCB using a supergun and it works with no problems.

So I assume it must be a CRT issue.

Here is some info via stickers on the CRT chassis. I'm not sure if it would prove useful or not.

When the monitor is shut off, you can see a normal image as it blinks off.

Any tips on how to alleviate this problem would be great.

Thanks!

Looks like horizontal hold is a bit off.

Try messing with the pot for it and reseating the rgb connector.

That was it!

I didn't even have to twist the pot, just tapped it and it went back to normal.

Pots sure are sensitive and finicky huh?

Thank you very much for your help!

In that case, you probably have a cold solder joint on the pot or it needs to be cleaned.

You can take contact cleaner to it, spray and turn all the way one end to the other a bunch of times while spraying. If that solves it, it was just dirty. If it's still finicky, you should reflow those 3 joints and be right as rain.
