Has anyone here tried one of those cheap Chinese arcade chassis replacements off ebay like this one?

I'm wondering how universal they are and how well they work...
I just pulled a broken Kortek KT 2938F monitor from a cab because it only displayed a thin yellow squiggle and produced multiple loud bangs from the chassis when I tried to test it. I think I managed to pull the plug because destroying the tube so I'd like to see if I can reuse it.
I've never seen a working Kortek chassis of any kind for sale so I'm looking for a compatible replacement. The tube is a 29"27" Samsung A68QBT892X. The Kortek chassis was an SVGA but I'd be happy to replace it with a CGA one.
Does anyone know if the universal arcade chassis is compatible with my Samsung tube or, if not, what other replacement chassis might work? It would be a shame to waste a 29" curved tube...
