"WIP" King of Fighters 98 Ultimate Match AES/MVS

Based on Kof98ae2016 Chinese hack team EGHT.

Removed the protection that prevented modifying the prog.
Removal of the screen credit that appeared after the how to play and sometimes before the match.
Correction / modification of the prog menu / how to play / palettes / gfx .....
Change / correction mini portraits selection / in game.
Modification / change big portraits before / after fight (kyo colors fix).
Beginning of new intro and launch title.
There are still things that have been done life bar / power bar / police writing ...


For the graphic side, I still have to change the big post-fight portraits of the new characters and finish the intro. In prog, modify the hub to bring up the in game portraits and lower the powers bars, see modify the character selection screen.

Total 56 characters affraid, (Robert quarter circle in 98 cheers)
